It is important that you are satisfied with the products you have purchased from the Uniform Shop. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason with your purchase of a new uniform item, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase in accordance with the policy below:

• Aside from faulty items, you must return the item unworn, unused, and unwashed in its original, undamaged packaging with tags attached, within 28 days of purchase;

• In the case of a faulty item, you must contact us to agree on arrangements for return of the item; and

• In all cases, you must provide your proof of purchase at the time of refund or exchange.

For new purchases made during Term 4 for a child commencing Kindergarten in the following year (“Kindergarten Purchases”), we offer an extended exchange and refund period. Provided all the other return and exchange requirements set out above are met, you can organise an exchange or return on Kindergarten Purchases until the end of February in the year the child commences Kindergarten.

The Uniform Shop offers a selection of preloved, quality, current-style uniform items through the Uniform Shop. All pre-loved items are generously donated by past and present TWPS families. 

All proceeds raised from the sale of pre-loved items are allocated to a special fund dedicated to assisting school families who are experiencing hardship. Pricing of pre-loved items is based on condition and quality.
